RALEIGH, NC, MAY 3, 2022 – Corevist, Inc. announced today their Series B Investment led by Jurassic Capital designed to accelerate the growth of the company, its continued commitment to excellence and service to existing and new clients. Kevin Mosley, partner at Jurassic, described his firm’s relationship with Corevist. “My partner Joe Colopy and I have an immense passion for companies like Corevist that have a great product-market fit and a strong company culture. We’ve worked for several years now to equip Corevist for growth as a SaaS business devoted to industrial manufacturers who use SAP. It’s fantastic to see these plans come together.”
With this investment, Corevist moves to a new leg on its corporate journey with several other planned changes, including the retirement of Sam Bayer, co-founder and CEO. Industry veteran Andy Martin succeeds Bayer as CEO.
Martin expressed his enthusiasm for his new role. “When I look at Corevist, I see a company that’s ready to scale. The market is begging for our solution, and no one solves it with an out-of-the-box product as we do. This means no one can match our speed and simplicity. There are literally thousands of manufacturers running on SAP ERP, and our only constraint to growth is getting in front of more organizations. With this round of Series B funding, we’re equipping Corevist to increase market share fast and start impacting more manufacturers than ever before.”
Bayer also spoke highly of Corevist’s potential and Martin’s appointment as CEO. “I’m thrilled to pass the reins to Andy,” Bayer said. “He comes with decades of relevant experience and great results in our marketspace. With his thorough knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, he understands the problems that manufacturers face when it comes to digital interaction with customers. He enters the role with a clear understanding of Corevist’s unique solution to those problems.”
In his retirement, Bayer will remain a Corevist investor and board member while spending well-earned time with his family. He will maintain his activism with Amal-Tikva, a nonprofit which seeks to build sustainable and scalable peace between Israelis and Palestinians. Bayer will also join in efforts to bring affordable housing to Durham, NC.
Throughout the transition and beyond, Corevist maintains its commitment to provide world-class support to clients while investing in its market-leading technology.
